Best Beach Villa - Pattaya

Consider utilizing local restaurants for diverse meal options since breakfast at the hotel was basic and not very enjoyable.

It was awesome stay, I appreciated cheap food.

It was a comfortable place for celebrating birthday. My deluxe twin room had modern conveniences, including a mini bar, coffee/tea making machines, and a kettle. The breakfast was good and had a huge variety of food.

Staff are all helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

The hotel is quite comfortable and cosy with spacious and clean roooms.The location is convenient. Cute but rather small swimming-pool as well as the area around it. the staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes their knowledge of English left much to be desired.The price is reasonable, so next time we're going to stay at this hotel again!

It's not the serious drawback, but the system of taking the towels for swimming-pull/beach/islands turned out to be a bit strange for us, as there were plenty of places where they could be given and returned, we were confused all the time.

The large, clean room was a delight, especially the balcony access to the serene swimming pool. While the breakfast was standard, the excellent location near nightlife and the beach made up for it.

I loved the warm reception. The hotel room was beautiful and the food was superb!!!!! I loved the fact that I could go to the gym then go for a swim and then go for sauna. It was a perfect place for me to relax!! The location being right by the beach was a plus! And also next to all the hot clubs!

No air condition at the dinning area and the fans were not adequate!

Location is awesome, just a 2-minute stroll to the beach! Our Beautiful Double Room with Pool Access was spacious and perfect. The staff was super helpful and quick to bring us extra pillows. The pool was great. A fantastic stay!

The staff was quite polite.

Their services were more expensive than outside. We booked a taxi from hotel to Bangkok. After we sat in the Taxi, we were informed we need to pay toll tax etc on the way...while the amount was under thb200, it would have been better if the hotel staff had informed of this additional charge.

Good food as breakfast as restaurant in the Hotel, Good location-not far from the centre, but no noise. Hotel is new. Furniture is new. Sauna is working I was very surprised) Swimming pool is good/

Doors in this Hotel mades uch case that they can no be closed without a lot f big noise. It means if somebody come out from the room in your floor be sure you will be know about it. Internet is working very bad, Some times it is not working a few days, Some times it is working but interrupted ever 10 minutes

Fort the second time I stayed at the hotel Best Beach Villa (please see my previous comments - Anonimous - Belgium on the ). What has improved ? Well, this time there was somebody always attending the swimming pool for towels, jacuzzi or sauna. This time, and because I insisted on it, I got a room in the sixth floor with a real, even if far, sea view What has not improved ? The reception service continue to be very poor. I will share with you just one experience. I booked through a counter inside the hotel a trip to Ko Chang. I was said to be ready bertween 6h30 and 7h00 am for beeing picked up. I got up early and I was ready, but worried because no van was coming to pick me, at 7h00 I explained the problem and asked to the lady in the reception for help. Her answer was « That is not our problem » and the body language was saying « don’t bother me ». Finally the bell boy, very compasionate, helped me calling to a number on the voucher/invoice received and apparantly the company has forgot me (! ?) ; Finally an arrangement was found for the next trip to Ko Chang and somebody, representing the company Group 35, came for me at 8h40 am (that is two hours later than expected) . Other things not commented previously The hotel is quite noisy regarding the opening and closing of room doors;

Location of the hotel in Soi 5, 150 meters both from the beach and second road. The room was big and nice with quality furniture.The hotel is quiet, that means in Pattaya not being pestered by lour bar music (in fact this street and the area are quite calm);The hotel has a decent gym , a small pool with jacuzi and a sauna. Most of the staff are courtous and ready to help the guest. The food served in the room was good annd the price cheap. Overall good value for money and I recommend this hotel

The room (left side of the hotel), even if I paid for that, has not sea view (unless you use binoculars or a telescope) but with opern view and plenty of light. The others rooms darker and face to a back-side building.In my opinion the staff in the reception was not very friendly or serviced oriented. The aircon in the room was a little noisy (tha is a general problem in Thailand). 3 out of 4 times was no staff attending in the pool. But again althoug these cons I recommend really this hotel
